This companion DVD gives a brief overview of the 16 lessons in The Armor of God workbook. Each lesson video is 25 minutes. It does not cover all that is in the workbook - just an overview. Neither does it give more or different information than the workbook contains. This DVD does not have to be used with the workbook; it just enhances it and gives another teaching option.
