Your product(s) will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.

Shipping Methods
To all destinations within the continental United States, your product will be shipped to you according to the shipping method you selected.  We will use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and their least expensive services of Priority Mail International or First-Class Mail International for all international orders including Canada and Mexico. Shipping costs may include insurance and delivery confirmation fees as well as a handling charge.

Delivery Time
Normally, your product(s) will arrive in less than two weeks of receipt of your order within the continental U.S. Shipments to Canada and Mexico and other select international countries should also arrive in less than two weeks depending on origin and destination.

Returns Policy

Refund Policy for Products Ordered Through Our Website
You may return items for any reason within 30 days after receipt of delivery for a full refund of the product cost, minus the initial shipping cost, provided all parts are returned in resalable condition. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will refund both the initial and return shipping costs to you.

Exchanges
Within 30 days after receipt of delivery, we will replace damaged or defective items by replacing them with a new product (as well as refund return shipping costs) if the cause of the problem is determined by us to not be your fault.

What Do I Do?
1. Return your item with a detailed description of the problem and include your name, address, phone number, and email address.

2. Package the item properly (damage in shipping may nullify your refund).

3. Ship the item via a carrier that has tracking capabilities and insure the product for the amount you paid for it. Ship it to:
